How to Request a Refund

1. Before and After Photos: Take clear photos of your lashes before starting and after completing 60 days of use.
2. Daily Use Verification: Ensure you've followed our usage guidelines (once daily application).
3. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at admin@erthlash.com with your photos and proof of purchase within 60 days of receipt of your product.

Shipping and Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, you'll need to return the product to us. You're responsible for the cost of return shipping. On our end, once we receive the returned item, we'll organise your refund on your original payment method. Shipping charges (both original delivery and return shipping) are non-refundable.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at admin@erthlash.com.

Please note: This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only and requires adherence to the above terms.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

• To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must adhere to the conditions listed above (under "How to Request a Refund").
• Items that are not eligible for return or exchange include any other erthlash™ products, e.g. the Fibre Lash Mascara.

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s).
• Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address. Your refund will be organised once we receive the returned item.

5. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
• Shipping charges (both original delivery and return shipping) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

6. Exchanges

• If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
