If you’ve used erthlash™ as directed—once a day for 60 consecutive days—and your lashes haven’t grown, we offer a full refund.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Before and After Photos: Take clear photos of your lashes before starting and after completing 60 days of use.
  2. Daily Use Verification: Ensure you’ve followed our usage guidelines (once daily application).
  3. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at admin@erthlash.com with your photos and proof of purchase within 60 days or receipt of your product.

We’ll review your submission and, if approved, process your refund promptly on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@erthlash.com.

Please note: This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only and requires adherence to the above terms.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
