Yes — erthlash™ is safe to use with both lash extensions and after a lash lift. Our serum is water-based, oil-free, and lightweight, so it won’t interfere with the adhesive used in extensions or affect the shape of a lash lift.

In fact, many customers use erthlash™ to support natural lash growth and strength while wearing extensions, helping to reduce lash fall-out over time.

If you stop using erthlash™, your lashes will gradually return to their natural growth cycle over time. This means any added length or thickness you gained will slowly reduce, typically over several weeks.

To maintain your results, we recommend continuing with daily use.

Each 5ml bottle of erthlash™ lasts around 5 months with daily use, when applied as directed (one swipe per upper lash line per day).

Yes, you can — many of our customers with sensitive eyes have used erthlash™ successfully by starting gently. If you’re experiencing mild irritation or want to ease into it, try the following tips:

• Apply erthlash™ every other day for the first week to let your eyes adjust.
• Make sure there's no leftover makeup remover, cleanser, or eye cream before applying.
• One thin swipe along the upper lash line is enough. Using more won’t speed up results and could cause irritation.
• Apply just above the lashes, not on the wet inner rim of the eye.
• If using eye cream, wait 10–15 minutes after applying erthlash™.
• If you’re unsure, apply a small amount behind your ear or on your inner wrist for a few days first.
• Store your serum in the fridge for a cooling, soothing application.
• If your eyes are too sensitive right now, you can still enjoy the benefits by applying erthlash™ to your eyebrows.

Step 1 is a lengthening mascara that coats and defines your natural lashes. Step 2 is our green tea fibres, which grip onto the tips of your lashes to extend them for a natural, extension-like effect. Build the two steps, coat by coat, for as much or as little drama as you like.

Apply Step 1 from root to tip, then brush the Step 2 fibres onto the tips of your lashes while Step 1 is still wet. Repeat to build. Two quick tips: always add the next coat before the last one dries (this stops fibres shedding), and apply fibres to the tips, not the roots.

Applied correctly — to the tips, over a still-wet coat — the fibres grip your lashes and stay put. You can also hold your mirror below eye level and look down as you apply. If a stray fibre comes loose, don't rub; let it dry and gently brush it away with a clean spoolie or cotton tip. Applying over a fully-dry coat is the usual cause of shedding.

Yes — like everything we make, it's formulated with mature and sensitive eyes in mind, using gentle, naturally-derived ingredients. Keep it to the lash line (not the waterline), and if your eyes are very reactive, patch test first.

It's designed to stay put through your day and removes easily with warm water or your usual makeup remover — no harsh rubbing. You can also press a warm, damp cloth over closed eyes for a few seconds, then gently wipe.

Our lash serum has a 60 day money back guarantee. If your lashes haven't grown longer within 60 days of use we will happily refund your money or provide you with a store credit for another product. To qualify for a refund, we request the following:

• Use the product once daily for 60 days.
• Provide before-and-after photos as proof of use.

Shipping is free Australia wide for orders over $100. For orders under $100 we charge a flat fee of $5.95. We currently do not ship overseas.
